Vero is located in the heart of Tempe, directly across from the ASU campus and within easy reach of Downtown Tempe. Walking distance is about 5 minutes from ASU and 20 minutes from downtown Tempe. By car, it's roughly 1 minute to campus and 5 minutes to downtown. It's an ideal spot for anyone who wants to be close to the energy of Tempe without sacrificing a comfortable home base.
Getting around is easy from Vero. In addition to our on-site resident parking garage, you're close to ASU parking facilities, the Novus Place Parking Garage, and city street parking. Public transit options include Valley Metro bus routes and the light rail, making it convenient to get around the greater Phoenix area without a car.

Pricing & Availability

We offer modern studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom residences, with pricing that varies by unit and availability. For the most current rates, click "Floorplans" to browse what's on the market right now.

Utilities are not included in the base rent. Your monthly utility charges are billed based on your actual usage. Note that community fees such as trash and gas are separate and not bundled into your utility billing.

We have an attached parking garage exclusively for residents. Spaces can be rented monthly. Please review the Community Fee Guide at the bottom of the Floorplans page for information on parking fees or give us a call.

Qualifying & Leasing

We welcome all applicants who meet our rental qualification criteria. To qualify, you'll need verifiable pre-tax income of at least 3x the monthly rent, satisfactory credit, a positive rental history, and a clean criminal background. For example, if your apartment rents for $2,000/month, you'll need to demonstrate at least $6,000/month (or $72,000/year) in gross income.
If you don't meet the income requirement on your own, you're welcome to add a guarantor who qualifies at 5x the monthly rent.
Paying rent is simple and flexible. Through your online resident portal, you can set up a one-time payment or enroll in automatic monthly payments. Prefer to pay in person? Stop by the leasing office during business hours with a certified check.

Apartment Features

Apartments come unfurnished so you can make the space your own. The one exception is our studio homes, which include a queen-size Murphy bed and mattress to maximize your living space.
You won't need to leave your apartment to do laundry. Every residence at Vero includes an in-unit washer and dryer, along with a stainless-steel appliance package and quartz countertops.
Yes! EV charging is available on-site for all residents.

Community Amenities

Vero is a smoke-free community offering a wide range of amenities, including an expansive fitness center, a business center, a resident clubhouse, co-working spaces, EV charging stations, and an on-site pet washing station. Whether you're working from home or unwinding after a long day, there's something here for you.
Our fully equipped fitness center features both cardio and weight training equipment to support whatever your workout routine looks like. It's available to all residents year-round.

Pets

We love pets at Vero! Cats and dogs are both welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Please view our helpful Community Fee Guide at the bottom of the Floorplans page for information on pet deposits, pet fees, pet rent, etc.
